Ashish Joshi | Wholetime Director & Managing Partner - Real Estate

Heads the Real Estate Investment arm at Milestone and drives the strategic investment decisions for the real estate development & yield driven funds. With over 16 year of rich experience, he oversees complete fund performance and asset valuation across all investments and holds key responsibility of maintaining developer & partner relations. Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Srinivas Baratam | Managing Partner, Milestone Religare Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd.

As joint Managing Partner, Srinivas has more than 12 years of Indian PE & VC experience and has seen full investment cycles including fund raising & portfolio company management. In his previous organization he focused on setting up a growth capital fund in India and establishing mid-market sell side business. Srinivas has being involved in various capacities with several deals & funds, across a broad range of sectors including financial services, telecom, healthcare, IT, media, petrochemicals, construction etc. His earlier experiences include significant stints at Lazard India as Managing Director, UTI Ventures & IL&FS Investment Managers. He is an MBA by qualification

He is an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and B.E. Electronics from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

Anant Kulkarni | Managing Partner, Milestone Religare Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd.

Anant jointly leads the management of Milestone Religare and has more than 19 years of overall work experience of which around 17 years were in the financial services & the Indian PE & VC capital markets. In his earlier organization he was overseeing US$ 225 mn investments into sectors including manufacturing, auto components, life sciences, media and entertainment. Earlier to this he served at JM Financial as Executive Director, IL&FS Investment Managers, UTI Exchange & BOI Finance.

He is a B.E. Mechanical from PDA Engineering College, Gulbarga University, Karnataka, Executive Special Management Programme from IIM Calcutta.

Paritosh Kakkad | Wholetime Director, CFO & Head - Risk Management

Heads the finance function at Milestone. With more than 13 years of experience in Accounts, Treasury, Finance, MIS, Budgeting, Taxation and Internal Audit, he has a rich background in International IPO listing & Investor Relations, Rights Issue & QIP issues in domestic market, private equity placement, mobilisation of term finance in India and overseas. Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Navin Kumar | Fund Raising & Investor Relations

Strategises and leads the entire global fund raising and investor relations function for the group across different business verticals. Over 20 years of experience in financial services and related industry. Launched Retail Banking for BNP Paribas in India, Deutsche Asset Management business in India, and has worked with Standard Chartered Bank across functions like Core Banking, Products, Marketing, Sales etc. MBA by qualification.

Sumit Somani | Business Strategy & PMS

Leads the business strategy & development cell within Milestone along with all Portfolio Management businesses including initiatives into Bullion products. Over 10 year of rich experience. Has worked with a large retail corporation and has been integral in launching 2 real estate venture capital funds while in his previous profile. Chartered Accountant by qualification.
