Project Planning & Design :
The Planning and Design team is responsible for supervision of the planning and design aspects and makes sure that all related activities are well co-ordinated and integrated. It also focuses on incorporating Sustainable Architecture and Green Building features into the projects.
Construction Management :
Construction Management for a project involves overseeing construction activities, relationships with suppliers, vendors, architects during execution of various projects.
Sales, Marketing & Business Development :
This division has cross functional role as per requirement. Its role in development team is to help SPV (special purpose vehicle) teams in marketing & sales of residential properties, identifying marketing agencies, service apartment or business center operators for commercial properties. The Development team manages projects to ensure cost, specification and time compliance. It identifies & appoints various agencies best suited in the role viz; Architects, various Survey agencies, Project Management/Cost Consultant, Construction Managers, Green Building consultants, Advertising agency. The team also sets up and mentors the leadership teams for the SPVs in key areas of Finance, Operations & Marketing in order to manage the project level activities.
