RENTAL YIELD REAL ESTATE
These funds focus primarily on investing in yield driven real estate assets across cities in India. The main objective is to invest in properties which are ready and leased out to quality tenants, earn lease rental income over a 3-4 year period and subsequently exit with a moderate to high capital appreciation. The sectors are mostly warehouses, commercial office space, IT/ITES buildings etc having large domestic or MNC tenants with a high lock-in period & security deposit.

Last few months of economic turmoil has been difficult for most real estate owners, but due to our active management approach to asset management, none of our tenants have defaulted or vacated any premises, which goes on demonstrate the soundness of our investments. Core investing principles & limiting risk exposure through selective asset selection, with a high due-diligence approach has helped in safeguarding returns from these assets even in recessionary times.

The fund has paid positive quarterly yields till date, indicative of the success of the fund.
