Ashish Joshi | Managing Partner - Real Estate Investments

Ashish heads the Real Estate Investment arm at Milestone and drives the strategic investment decisions for the real estate development & yield driven funds. He oversees complete fund performance and asset valuation across all investments and holds key responsibility of maintaining developer & partner relations.

He is a qualified Cost Accountant and a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nagpur University, India.

Rajesh Birla | Sr. Principal - Real Estate Investments

Rajesh drives yield based investments and warehousing projects along with his team of investment managers. He has over 16 years of experience in investments, project finance, corporate finance and business administration with leading corporate houses in India. He has an in depth knowledge of life cycle of Investments across different sectors.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

Mahesh Payannavar | Sr. Principal - Real Estate Investments

Mahesh has over 20 years of experience in capital markets and real estate investments. He is primarily responsible for investments / divestment in developmental real estate projects of the Milestone Funds. He has extensive experience in investment analysis, monitoring, continuous risk analysis for portfolio investments, conducting on site reviews, etc.

He holds an MMS in Finance from Mumbai University and B.E. (Chem.) from Bangalore University.

Afaque Ahmed | VP - Real Estate Investments

Afaque has more than 8 years of working experience within the real estate in India. He has an in-depth understanding of the Indian market and how the transaction process works along with a strong analytical understanding of the valuation process.

Santosh Jha | VP - Real Estate Investments

Santosh has more than 7 years of work experience in Real estate Investments and has also looked after fund raising and building the overall business as well. In his previous stints he was actively involved in Strategy & Acquisition and Valuations.

Bhavya Bagrecha | VP - Real Estate Investments

Bhavya has more than 7 years of working experience with some of the largest business conglomerates in India. At Milestone, he is a part of the Investment team which is actively involved in Analysis of investment oppurtunities, successful closure of Transactions and post investment monitoring of projects.

Rahul Deshpande | VP - Real Estate Investments

Rahul looks after project budgeting, design review & optimisation, value engineering, project schedules, monitoring and reporting for the existing projects under development. He also provides inputs during the evaluation and due diligence stage of an investment proposal.

Pankaj Bansal | Chief – Projects (Warehousing)

Pankaj heads the execution of Milestone's warehousing projects. He focusses on maximizing investment values by optimizing the land use efficiency and value engineering of real estate projects. Pankaj is an Architecture graduate.

Himanshu Modi | AVP – Real Estate Investments

Himanshu has more than 9 years of work experience with established business conglomerates in India. He is a part of the Investment team at Milestone and previously has worked in functions like Investment Banking, Business Development, Corporate Finance and Audit & Business Advisory Services and on assignments in sectors like Real Estate, Logistics, Financial Services, Clean Tech, Engineering Services.

Nilesh Karkhanis | AVP - Real Estate Investment Management

Nilesh brings in the planning and design perspective to Milestone's Active Management strategy for all asset classes under development and yield funds. He is an architect with over 16 years of professional experience comprising of international exposure in the Middle East.
