As Managing Director & CEO of Milestone Capital Advisors Limited, Ved has successfully led the creation of 8 private equity schemes investing in India, each having very high standards of investing excellence. Prior to Milestone, Ved was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited. Before joining Pantaloon Group, he was CEO of Globus Stores Private Limited, which he founded in 1998 while he was with the Rajan Raheja group where he spent more than 10 years. Referred to as one of the "India's Hottest Young Executives" and“Shopkeeper #1” by Business World, (March' 06), Ved has a total experience of more than 17 years in the real estate & retail sector and has prior experience in setting up domestic & offshore funds. He was also the founder and director of the Retailers Association of India. He is an engineering graduate with an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has also spent one year in ESSEC (France) doing research, and completed his Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School.

Ashish heads the Real Estate Investment arm at Milestone and drives the strategic investment decisions for the real estate development & yield driven funds. He oversees complete fund performance and asset valuation across all investments and holds key responsibility of developer & partner relations.
Prior to joining Milestone, he was the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Peninsula Land Limited, where he was part of the senior leadership team and responsible for handling finance, accounting, investor relationships and treasury functions having played a key role in sourcing, negotiating and managing investments in real estate sector. His understanding and network in the Western India markets have provided him the ability to work with local founders and developers to close high value and prized real estate transactions in competitive situations.
Ashish has also worked in various leadership roles at various infrastructure companies such as Hapag Lloyd, Tata Teleservices, and Aditya Birla Group.
He is a qualified Cost Accountant and a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Nagpur University.
